1. Who may use the arena
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Boss Rush Perk Matrix. By continuing past the age confirmation you state that you meet that requirement. We may restrict access if we have reason to believe the requirement is not met.
2. What the arena is
Boss Rush Perk Matrix is a free social entertainment website. The games offered are played for amusement only. There is no purchase of any kind, no deposit, no balance, no prize, no payout and no item, credit or score that carries value outside this website.
3. Your handle
Creating a handle stores a name and a pass phrase in your own browser's local storage. It is not transmitted to us and it does not exist on any server. If you clear your browser data, the handle disappears and cannot be recovered by us or by you. Do not reuse a pass phrase you rely on elsewhere.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the site or the games embedded in it.
- Do not use automated tools to interact with the arena.
- Do not present the site or its content as your own, and do not redistribute it commercially.
- Do not use the contact form for bulk messaging or unlawful content.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, written content, illustrations and emblems are owned by the operator of Boss Rush Perk Matrix or licensed for use here. Individual games remain the property of their respective developers and are provided for play within this page only.
6. Availability
The arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Runs may be added, changed or retired without notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted access. Because nothing is purchased, no refund or compensation arises from downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost progress, lost handles or lost time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Third-party content
Embedded games and web fonts are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms. We choose partners carefully but do not control their code.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The review date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
