Privacy Policy

The short version

Boss Rush Perk Matrix has no user database. Your handle, your pass phrase, your age confirmation and your cookie choice are written to your own browser's local storage and never leave your device.

What is stored locally

Age confirmation — a single flag so the gate does not reappear on every page.
Handle roster — the handle and pass phrase you created, in your browser only.
Active handle — which handle is currently signed in, so the header can greet you.
Cookie choice — whether you accepted all local entries or essential ones only.

All four can be erased at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels or behavioural profiling.
We do not sell, rent or share data, because there is no data set to share.
We do not require an email address to play, and there is no mailing list.
We do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

Messages you send us

If you write through the contact page, we receive whatever you typed. Messages are read by the small team that maintains the site, used only to answer you, and deleted once the exchange is finished.

Third parties

Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts their servers and they may log the request in line with their own policy. Embedded games may load their own assets. We do not pass any information about you to either.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data on servers, requests for access, correction or deletion are satisfied by you directly: clear the site data in your browser and every trace is gone. For messages you have sent us, write to us and we will confirm deletion.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from minors, and we ask guardians to use device-level controls where a device is shared.
